Why do you offer only Programs instead of individual sessions?
Our Programs are designed to provide you with the best care possible, ensuring you receive personalized attention and transformative results in every session. Unlike the typical 7-minute time slot in medical facilities, our distraction-free, fatigue-free sessions allow us to fully attend to your needs and offer continuous support, leading to easier achievement of optimal health.
Do you accept Insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare?
We do not accept insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare. By not having these restrictions, we can provide you with the best care possible. However, you have the option to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for your consultations and specialized lab fees.
What specialty labs do you order?
We offer a range of specialty labs for gut health, hormonal health, mold, food sensitivity, heavy metals, and genetic testing through reputable providers in the field of functional medicine. Additionally, we can recommend specific labs for your needs that you can obtain from your medical provider.
How much do labs cost?
Conventional labs from Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp can be billed through insurance. However, specialized Functional Lab Testing’s are cash-based and transparent in cost, ranging from $150 to $2000, depending on your specific recommendations and needs.
How do I contact you if I have questions?

Can I share my prior labs with you?
Absolutely! We encourage you to share any recent labs you have. You can easily upload them directly to our secure client portal. Please note that everything is handled online, and we do not accept mailed or emailed documents.
How do you handle supplements?
Your supplement recommendations are personalized to your needs. After our consultation and review of tests, we will provide you with exact recommendations for your benefit. We also offer a 15% discount on our professional medical-grade dispensary, but please budget around $150 to $500 for supplements during the first few months.
How does telemedicine work?
Telemedicine allows you to receive quality care from the comfort of your home or anywhere with internet access. Our practice is built for virtual visits, so as long as you have a working computer, we can easily connect. No software installation is needed, and you will receive all necessary information via email after booking your appointments.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request that you cancel or reschedule new appointments at least 72 hours in advance and follow-up appointments 24 hours in advance. Life happens, and we understand emergencies or last-minute changes. Please inform us via email or call as soon as possible. Late-cancellation or rescheduled appointments may incur a fee or result in loss of a session.
In which states can you see clients as an RD?
I can see clients in almost any state, but licensing regulations vary. Feel free to reach out via email or fill out the application, and we can discuss the options for your specific location.
In which countries can you see clients as a Transformation coach?
As long as you have internet access and can meet on Zoom in private, I can work with clients from any country. My programs are designed as coaching programs, but please fill out the form or contact me directly if you have specific questions.
Will you diagnose me if I have health issues?
No, as a registered dietitian and coach, I do not diagnose. However, I can guide you to seek the right professional for a diagnosis if that is your goal.
Is my information safe?
Absolutely! We prioritize your privacy and safety. All your health information is stored using HIPPA compliant software, Practice Better. Your information will never be shared without your permission, and our meetings and records are securely stored.
Do you prescribe medications?
No, as a registered dietitian and coach, I do not have the authority to prescribe medications. However, I am happy to discuss specific recommendations or concerns with your medical provider to find a solution together.
