- 1.5 tsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup organic mixed organic frozen berries or pesticide free
- 8 oz unsweetened vanilla ripple milk
- 2 scoops collagen protein
- 1 tsp hibiscus powder From Suncore
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in the blender and blend
