Lamb Kebabs

by | Nov 18, 2020 | 0 comments

The Lamb kebabs recipe is my favorite go-to for meal prep, special occasions, and so much more. These are the baked version for when you are really busy. However, you can grill them as well. This is not super spicy or full of spices in general. For some, it can be pretty intense. This is so tasty, savory, and flavorful. You can adjust the seasonings according to your needs. Still, if you’re introducing them for the first time, I highly recommend you stick to the recipe, and the next time you make them again, decide what you would like to change.

I hope you enjoy these because they certainly are the talk of house in my home. 😁

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs lamb, ground
  • 1 tsp himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp coriander seed
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp masala powder
  • 1/2 cup scallions
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, fresh
  • 1/4 cup cilantro to sprinkle on top if you like
Instructions
  • Preheat the oven at 355°F and line a backing sheet with parchment paper
  • Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. I usually use my hands to mix.
  • Make 16 patties and place them on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or when the temperature reaches 145°F.
Notes
**Makes 8 kebabs per lb. so 16 per recipe. Of course, there is always an option to make them bigger, but then who only wants to eat 1 kebab. 😉
**Also, if you have allergies to eggs then you can definitely omit them. It just holds the patty better. Enjoy!
