The Lamb kebabs recipe is my favorite go-to for meal prep, special occasions, and so much more. These are the baked version for when you are really busy. However, you can grill them as well. This is not super spicy or full of spices in general. For some, it can be pretty intense. This is so tasty, savory, and flavorful. You can adjust the seasonings according to your needs. Still, if you’re introducing them for the first time, I highly recommend you stick to the recipe, and the next time you make them again, decide what you would like to change.
I hope you enjoy these because they certainly are the talk of house in my home. 😁

- 1 tsp himalayan salt

- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

- 1/2 cup cilantro, fresh
- 1/4 cup cilantro to sprinkle on top if you like
- Preheat the oven at 355°F and line a backing sheet with parchment paper
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. I usually use my hands to mix.
