A cup full of nutrients with healthy fats, adaptogens, collagen, grass-fed whey protein, and ripple milk to nourish you.
- 6 oz Ripple milk (unsweetened)
- 6 oz filtered water
- 1 scoop Keto matcha (Ancient Nutrition)
- 2 tbsp Kerrygold butter
- 1 scoop Whey protein, grass-fed
- 1 scoop Multi-collagen (Dr Axe)
- 1 scoop Innerfuel Prebiotic, Bulletproof
- Add 2 tbsp butter in measuring cup
- add 6 oz of ripple milk and 6 oz water in a small pan on medium heat and heat until the milk mixture is close to boiling.
- Pour over the on the butter so the butter melts
- Add keto matcha powder, prebiotic, collagen and stir
- Then add whey protein and stir until foamy to your liking and enjoy!
This recipe makes drinking matcha delicious and provides me sustained energy with little prep work.
