Ingredients
Instructions
  • Add 2 tbsp butter in measuring cup
  • add 6 oz of ripple milk and 6 oz water in a small pan on medium heat and heat until the milk mixture is close to boiling.
  • Pour over the on the butter so the butter melts
  • Add keto matcha powder, prebiotic, collagen and stir
  • Then add whey protein and stir until foamy to your liking and enjoy!
Notes
Note you can use add MCT/Brain octane oil instead of 1 tbsp of butter but build up to it. Otherwise, you 'll get the runs.
