This is a simple cauliflower rice recipe that goes extremely well with any type of curries.

Instructions
Heat oil in a large pot and add frozen cauliflower. If you thaw it there is be excess water and it gets too mushy.
Cook on medium to high stirring occasionally.
Add all the ingredients and continue to cook for ~10 minutes or until the rice is soft.
