Zoodles and Meatball
Perfect substitution for spaghetti. Light but flavor and to full satisfaction. Bring out your air fryer

Ingredients

pack
100% grass-fed beef
16oz pack

tbsp
coconut oil
1
tsp
himalayan salt
1/2
tsp
black pepper
1/2
tsp
masala powder
1/2
tsp
onion powder
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
Marinara sauce
1
tsp
oregano
1
tsp
basil
1
tbsp
dried parsley
1
handful
fresh cilantro
sprinkle on top

organic marinara sauce
16oz jar
Instructions
Add all ingredients of the meatballs in a bowl with meat
Make medium sized balls - use oil if it
gets to sticky
Then mix and cook in the air fryer for 8 minutes total at 360F - 4 mins each side
Meanwhile, prepare the marinara sauce with all the spices and add meat balls when ready then simmer for 5 minutes to let the juices absorb.
Pair it with you favorite dish. I have it with zoodles (zucchini noodles)

Notes
You can brown the meatballs after cooking in the air fryer is you want more color. Air fryer can vary in temperature range.
