Ingredients
1/2cupalmond flour
1/4cupcoconut flour
3poundchicken breastorganic or from local farm
1largeegg
2 tbspripple milk
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tsppaprika
1/4tsp cayenne
2tsp salt
1tsp pepper
1/2tspdried basil
Instructions
Preheat the oven 375°F
Line hte baking sheet wiht a parchment paper
Cut the chicken into strips
Whisk the egg + ripple milk in a bowl set aside
In another bowl add the flours + the spices and mix well
First coat each chicken piece in the eggs mixture
Then coat the piece in the flour mixture - you may need to pat down flour with had as it can fall off easy.
Place it on the baking pan
Bake at 17 minutes
Then broil for 3 minutes if you want the chicken to get that beautiful golden hue.

You can cut the chicken into 12 strips or 24 strips depending on how you like it. The calories will be the same. The serving size with the 12 strips - 1 tender and 24 strips - 2 tenders.*Note* you may have to adjust time as oven types can vary. Be sure to check the internal temperature to be at 165°F.
