Preheat the oven at 355°F and line a backing sheet with parchment paper
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. I usually use my hands to mix.
Make 16 patties and place them on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or when the temperature reaches 145°F.

**Makes 8 kebabs per lb. so 16 per recipe. Of course, there is always an option to make them bigger, but then who only wants to eat 1 kebab. 😉**Also, if you have allergies to eggs then you can definitely omit them. It just holds the patty better. Enjoy!
