Not only is zucchini nutritious, a good source of vitamin A and rich in antioxidants, but they also make an excellent low carb alternative to spaghetti. Just a slight trick to making it without losing all the noodles during cooking. Warm up the pan on medium to high heat then add some avocado oil and sauteè the zucchini. Add your seasonings and serve immediately. I used a veggetti to make the zoodles but there are various tools out there you can use. You may already have your favorite. If you want to go more of a convenient route then you can even buy spiralized zucchini at Costco. Find them in the frozen aisle.

I always add more seasonings to the marinara sauce and get rid of some of the excess water so the sauce is a little thicker. Add marinara sauce in a pan and add all seasonings and cook for 5 minutes or so until it thickens to your desire. Meanwhile, add all seasonings to the meat and make 12 meatballs. Use oil if your hands get sticky. Cook them in the air fryer for 4 minutes each side. Heat coconut oil in a pan and brown the meatballs for 1 minute each side then add the prepared marinara sauce. Zoodles and meatballs are ready to be served!
